We encourage industry recognized certification for all staff and a major percent of our designers are NICET certified. We couple mandatory field and shop training with our own in-house training center, Aero University, established in 2008 as an pre-requisite to fire protection design. A large percentage of our designers have engineering-based college degrees. Our belief is that education for the design staff is continual. We believe in teamwork and we care about each other. We provide cross-training sessions with our local AHJ, strengthening those relationships.
